Shenzhen Zhibao: Notice on suspending the priority review and recommendation business for patent applications in Shenzhen

Starting from 17:00 on January 11, 2023, the Shenzhen Agency will suspend the paper processing of Shenzhen patent application priority review recommendation business (including paper mailing and window handover) to avoid repeated submission of applications by relevant units and applicants. Starting from 8:00 on January 26, users who have completed their user registration information through the unified identity authentication platform can apply for priority review and recommendation applications for patent applications through the "Patent Business Processing System" web version.
Relevant units and applicants:
The State Intellectual Property Office decided to launch the "Patent Business Processing System" on January 11, 2023. In order to cooperate with the opening of the new system, the State Intellectual Property Office will upgrade the relevant systems from January 9 to 26. According to the relevant work requirements of the State Intellectual Property Office, starting from 17:00 on January 11, 2023, the Shenzhen Agency will suspend the paper processing of the Shenzhen patent application priority review recommendation business (including paper mailing and window handover) to avoid various Relevant units and applicants submit repeated applications. Starting from 8:00 on January 26, users who have completed their user registration information through the unified identity authentication platform can apply for priority review and recommendation applications for patent applications through the "Patent Business Processing System" web version.
