Relevant units/individuals:

In order to do a good job in the application work of the special fund approval system for intellectual property rights and give full play to the guiding role of financial funds in the high-quality development of intellectual property rights, according to the "Special Fund Management Measures of the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau" (Shenzhen Supervision Regulation [2020] No. 3) and the relevant requirements of the "Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation Special Fund Operation Regulations in the Field of Intellectual Property" (Shenzhen Supervision Regulation [2022] No. 10), Shenzhen City's 2023 Special Fund Approval System Project in the Field of Intellectual Property is now being carried out, and relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Application time

From April 14, 2023 to May 15, 2023 (including the starting and ending dates).

2. Application content

(1) Domestic invention patent authorization funding (including patents authorized in 2020, patents authorized in 2021, and patents authorized in 2022);

(2) Funding for foreign invention patent authorization (including patents authorized in 2020, patents authorized in 2021, and patents authorized in 2022);

(3) Funding after the certification of intellectual property management standards;

(4) Supporting rewards for intellectual property projects (part);

(5) Funding for the transformation and utilization of patents by small, medium and micro enterprises;

(6) Subsidies for intellectual property securitization projects;

(7) Funding for patent agency training projects;

(8) Awards for cultivating intellectual property professionals.

3. Application requirements

All applicants are requested to apply in accordance with the relevant requirements of the attachment: "Shenzhen 2023 Special Fund Approval System Project Application Guide in the Field of Intellectual Property".

Qualified units/individuals are requested to actively apply for intellectual property funding funds in accordance with the requirements and continuously improve the quality of intellectual property rights.

5. Things to note

This project implements a paperless and centralized declaration method for the entire online process. Applicants register an account on the Guangdong Government Service Network to apply. In order to ensure information accuracy and fund security, the registered accounts of all reporting entities should obtain Level 5 (original Project declaration can only be made after L3) level verification. Please remember the level 5 (original L3) account name and password to avoid affecting project declaration and progress inquiry. Applicants for newly certified or re-certified Level 5 (original L3) accounts should clear their browser cache before logging in to the application system.
