Announcement of the list of the tenth batch of enterprises approved to use special signs of geographical indications in Guangdong Province

According to the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products", "Measures for the Administration of the Use of Special Marks for Geographical Indications (Trial)" and relevant documents of the State Intellectual Property Office, the Guangdong Provincial Intellectual Property Management Department organized inspections on the production of Luogang Nuomi Ci, Beixiang Horseshoe, and Nanxiong Salted Duck , volcanic kudzu, Qishejing tea, Botang mountain tea, Xinhui tangerine peel, Xinhui tangerine, Huajuhong, Zhaoqing steamed bun, Dongpi cured meat, Qingyuan chicken, Fenghuang Dancong (Cong) tea, Wucuo Huaishan and Luoding 38 companies applying for the use of special geographical indication marks for 15 products including rice were reviewed and the use of special geographical indication marks was initially approved.

The list is now publicized (see attachment). The publicity period is 7 days (June 6, 2022 to June 12, 2022).
