A：When submitting patent pretrial documents, the following aspects should be noted:
1. The cases submitted to the protection Centre need to be in the field of the protection Centre;
2. Need to submit self-test form when submitting;
3. The patent application to be submitted for expedited preexamination service shall be a new application, that is, a patent application that has not been submitted to the State Intellectual Property Office and has no application number and filing date;
4. The submitted application documents shall be in XML format;
5. The pre-trial case is not an international patent application filed under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT);
6. The pre-trial case does not belong to the PCT international application entering the national stage in China;
7.The pre-trial cases do not belong to the utility model patents and invention patents filed by the same applicant on the same day for the same invention-creation in accordance with Article 9 (1) of the patent law;
8. Pre-trial cases are not applications for division;
9. The pre-trial case does not belong to the application for confidential examination as provided for in Article 7 of the Rules for the Implementation of the Patent Law;
10. The pre-trial case does not involve national security or major interests;
11. There is no problem of low quality in pre-trial cases;
12. The pre-trial case is not an abnormal application;
13. Complete online payment of the following fees in full on the filing date or the next day: application fee (including surcharge), publication and printing fee (only for invention patent application), priority claim fee (if actually incurred), substantive examination fee (only for invention patent application);
14. Select "Request for early publication of the patent application" in the request, submit the request for substantive examination at the same time as the patent application, and the reference materials related to the invention before the filing date. (Source: Intellectual Property Class)
