Ⅰ, what materials do trademark agencies need to record?

(1) The subject of filing shall read and sign the Trademark Agency Practice Notification Commitment.

(2) Fill in the registration form of the trademark agency online, including the name, address, contact information, unified social credit code of the trademark agency, the name of the person in charge, the shareholder and partner of the non-listed company, the name of the trademark agency employee, the ID card number, and the contact information.

(3) The copy of the business license or the copy of the practicing license of the law firm shall be stamped with the seal of the trademark agency and then uploaded after color scanning. The business scope of the business license should contain "trademark agency", "trademark agency service", "intellectual property agency" or "intellectual property agency service" items. If the business license does not specify the detailed business scope, it is necessary to submit a copy of the certification document of the company's business scope and stamp the trademark agency.

Ⅱ, what materials do trademark agencies need to change the record?

Ⅲ. What materials do trademark agencies need to cancel?

(2) Where a market entity cancels its registration, it shall submit a notice of cancellation issued by the competent registration department.

(3) If the enterprise decides to no longer engage in trademark agency business for cancellation and filing, it shall remove the items of "trademark agency", "trademark agency service", "intellectual property agency" and "intellectual property agency service" in the business scope of the business license, submit a copy of the changed business license, and stamp the trademark agency seal. If the changed business license does not specify the detailed business scope, it is necessary to submit a copy of the certification document of the company's business scope and stamp the trademark agency.

(3) Where a law firm decides on its own to no longer engage in trademark agency business for the cancellation of the record, it shall submit a copy of the practice license of the law firm and affix the seal of the trademark agency.

(4) By mail, the relevant documents and materials should be sent to China Trademark Building, No. 1 Chama South Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, Addressee: Shengwenke, Postcode: 100055.

IV. How to handle online processing?

(1) New record business. Trademark agencies can go to the home page of the online service system through the column "China Trademark Network > Trademark online Application" and click on "agency filing application" to handle it online.

(2) Change of record business. The trademark agency should log in to the online service system and select "agent change Application" in the column of "Agent Application Business".

(3) Continue to record business. The trademark agency should log in to the online service system and select "agent extension Application" in the column of "Agent Application Business".

Ⅴ, trademark agency for the record of the required form where to download?

The trademark agency shall handle the filing online, and the trademark agency shall log in to the online service system to fill in the filing online. "Trademark Agency Practice Notification Commitment" can be downloaded in the China Trademark network "Trademark Agency" column.

Ⅶ. What are the requirements for registered trademark agents?

(1) Trademark agency practitioners shall abide by the law, have good credit status, good conduct, familiar with trademark laws and regulations, and have the ability to engage in trademark agency business according to law.

(2) Trademark agency practitioners shall not engage in trademark agency business in two or more trademark agency offices at the same time.

(3) The resigning or retired personnel of the State Intellectual Property Office, the Patent Office, the trademark Office or the examination cooperation unit shall not, within the prescribed time limit, work as a partner, shareholder or legal representative of the trademark agency, and shall not work in the trademark agency.

Ⅷ. Is it necessary to submit proof that the employee has the ability to engage in trademark agency business?

In order to provide quality services to the applicant, the practitioners appointed by the agency to undertake trademark agency business shall be familiar with trademark laws and regulations and have the ability to engage in trademark agency business according to law. The materials submitted include but are not limited to legal qualification certificate, intellectual property title, patent agent qualification certificate, etc. The trademark agency practitioners may fill in according to the actual situation.
