Suppose that the Patent Office of State A and the Patent Office of State B agree to initiate A bilateral PPH project, in which an applicant first files an invention patent application in State A, and then requests that the earlier application be given priority, and files an invention patent application on the same subject in State B; At this time, if the applicant makes A request, the examiner of the Patent Office of State B can refer to the positive examination opinion of the examiner of the Patent Office of State A when examining the patentability of the invention, and quickly issue the notice of the first examination opinion or make the decision of authorization.
