In order to strengthen the construction of rapid intellectual property protection institutions and further improve the efficiency and service level of the rapid rights confirmation work of the Intellectual Property Protection Center. Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office identified 16 intellectual property protection centers as the second batch of pilot units for multi-mode trial of patent reexamination invalidation cases, and the Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Center (hereinafter referred to as the Guangdong Center) was successfully selected. In recent years, the Guangdong Center has accepted the guidance of the Reexamination and Invalidation Trial Department of the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office, established and improved the on-site reexamination and invalidation trial mechanism, deepened the remote trial business, provided convenient patent confirmation services to the public, and strived to build the circuit trial court into a Guangdong Intellectual Property Legal Education and Teaching Base and Publicity and Training Base. The two circuit tribunals of the review and invalidation trial department have been upgraded and renovated to ensure the smooth operation of the entire network management system of the circuit tribunals. Since its establishment, a total of 6 on-site trials and 26 remote trials have been held, attracting hundreds of companies and intermediary service agencies to attend and learn. During this year's "April 26" period, the Guangdong Center for the first time broadcast the trial process online through the Guangdong Provincial Intellectual Property Rights Protection Assistance Public Service Platform, attracting more than 800 people to watch, enabling "at-home" listening to the live broadcast of the court trial, providing convenience and convenience for the majority of innovative entities.
