The construction of intellectual property rights protection centers, etc., strengthens resource sharing and work coordination of various intellectual property protection centers, gradually forms a province-wide intellectual property protection collaboration network, and builds a provincial-level key support, prefectural and city dislocation development, and county (city, district) point station extension.
