By supporting trademark registration management, cultivation and application, it has promoted the implementation of the trademark and brand strategy, and the province has effectively registered The number of trademarks has exceeded 7 million, reaching 7.571 million, ranking first in the country for 28 consecutive years; every 10,000 market entities in the province have 4,728.75 trademarks, with an average of 2.11 market entities owning one valid trademark. Support and guide enterprises to improve their trademark and brand building capabilities, enhance the value of their own brands, build a number of trademark-intensive industrial clusters such as the luggage industry in Shiling Town, Huadu, and the Baiyun fur industry, and promote the high-quality development of regional characteristic economies.

Efforts will be made to promote intellectual property pledge financing, establish an intellectual property pledge financing risk compensation mechanism, government-bank cooperation to innovate pledge financing products, standardize intellectual property pledge financing support policies and other measures to increase financial institutions' recognition of the value of trademarks and brands and expand corporate financing channels. Deepening the innovative intellectual property pledge financing model, Guangzhou Development Zone issued the country's first trademark rights securitization product, with 58 trademarks from 12 companies as underlying assets, covering strategic industries such as new generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing, new energy and environmental protection, etc. The total value of the trademarks is as high as 390 million yuan. Promote trademark pledge financing to form a joint force, and launched a special "Trademark Pledge to Help Catering, Cultural Tourism and Other Key Industries Relieve the "Zhihuixing" Special Activity" with the Bank of China, issuing special loans of 2.2 billion yuan, benefiting 300 companies. From January to November 2022, the province's trademark pledge registration amount was 5.095 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 76.18%; the number of pledge registrations was 97, a year-on-year increase of 36.62%, both ranking among the top in the country.

The third is to continuously strengthen trademark and brand business services. Actively promote the construction of the national trademark registration facilitation reform pilot zone, continuously enrich and improve the Guangzhou Trademark Examination and Collaboration Center's acceptance functions, service content, and examination business, and fully open 24 trademark acceptance services, including the acceptance of reissue trademark registration applications and the withdrawal of trademark registration applications. . Trademark registration facilitation services have reached a new level, taking the lead in exploring the opening of a pre-consultation window for trademark registration applications and providing pre-registration consultation services; and jointly with the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department to set up 12 "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Intellectual Property Inquiry Points" in the Greater Bay Area. The layout of intellectual property business service windows has been strengthened, and windows for trademark registration applications and registered trademark pledge registration and acceptance windows have been set up in 9 cities in Guangdong to expand the effect of trademark facilitation services. 146 trademark and brand guidance stations have been built, and trademark and brand cultivation guidance benefits various market entities at the grassroots level.
