(2) Administrative responsibility. Where a colleague who commits an act of copyright infringement harms the public interests, the copyright administration department may order him to stop the infringing act, confiscate the illegal gains, confiscate or destroy the infringing copies, and may impose a fine; If the circumstances are serious, the copyright administration department may also confiscate the materials, tools and equipment mainly used for making infringing copies.
