What are the requirements for applying for a trademark with a portrait?

A: The portrait of another person as a trademark design for registration application, should be explained, and attached to the right of portrait of the owner of the power of attorney. The letter of authorization shall include the portrait of the person applying for the trademark drawing and a copy of the identity card of the person applying for the trademark. If a natural person, legal person or other organization applies for the registration of another person's portrait as a trademark pattern, and the portrait person has died, it shall be attached to the applicant's proof that he has the right to dispose of the portrait, and the proof document includes the portrait of the person applying for the trademark pattern.
Where a natural person applies for the registration of his or her portrait as a trademark pattern, it shall be explained without a letter of authorization.
If the character graphic in the trademark drawing is not a real character portrait, but a fictional character image created by a painting or computer, it should be explained in the trademark description column.
