Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office organized a meeting to promote the preparation and implementation of the “14th Five-Year Plan” plan for intellectual property protection and utilization, and deeply understood General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on doing a good job in the “14th Five-Year Plan” and intellectual property work, and conscientiously implemented the Party Central Committee , make relevant decisions and arrangements of the State Council, and promote the preparation and implementation of plans.
Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office organized a meeting to promote the preparation and implementation of the “14th Five-Year Plan” plan for intellectual property protection and utilization, and deeply understood General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on doing a good job in the “14th Five-Year Plan” and intellectual property work, and conscientiously implemented the Party Central Committee , make relevant decisions and arrangements of the State Council, and promote the preparation and implementation of plans. Thirty-seven ministries and commissions and relevant units involved in the preparation and implementation of the plan, including the Central Organization Department, the Central Propaganda Department, and the National Development and Reform Commission, attended the meeting and exchanged discussions. Gan Shaoning, Deputy Director of the State Intellectual Property Office, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
Gan Shaoning pointed out that we must unify our thinking and fully understand the importance of doing a good job in intellectual property planning during the "14th Five-Year Plan" for implementing the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, the task requirements of the national planning outline, and the implementation requirements of the outline for building an intellectual property power. The outline is comprehensive, with high-quality development as the theme, "adhering to system collaboration" as the basic principle, strengthening the protection and application of intellectual property rights, and accurately grasping the goals and tasks of the "14th Five-Year Plan" for intellectual property rights. It is necessary to work hard, improve the planning system, do a good job in publicity and interpretation of the plan, improve the plan implementation mechanism, and effectively promote the smooth introduction and effective implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" intellectual property plan.
Xu Zhijiang, deputy director of the Patent Office of the State Council, attended the meeting. The meeting was attended by the main responsible comrades from various departments of the Bureau, relevant departments of the Patent Office, and the Trademark Office, as well as relevant personnel involved in the planning and preparation.
It is understood that in April this year, the "14th Five-Year Plan" intellectual property protection and application plan was once again included in the list of national key plans and will be issued and implemented by the State Council.
