A: Starting from January 1, 2022, the trademark registration certificate generated by the announcement registration and other trademark applications shall be sent in the form of paper form of trademark application Notification for trademark Registration Certificate. The registrant shall log in to the China Trademark website to obtain the electronic trademark registration Certificate according to the designated website and the extraction code of the notice; The Trademark Registration certificate can be obtained by logging in to the Trademark Online Service System for filing trademark applications electronically. Electronic trademark registration certificate can be viewed, downloaded and printed by itself. The State Intellectual Property Office no longer issues paper trademark registration certificates.
