1. Use openness to promote stable and healthy economic development and maintain social harmony and stability

(1) Strengthen information disclosure involving market entities. Enhance the transparency and predictability of the formulation and implementation of intellectual property policies, increase the publicity of the intellectual property system's policies on relieving difficulties and stimulating market vitality, deepening the reform of "delegation, regulation and services" to optimize the business environment, and strengthen publicity for joining the Hague system. Promotion and timely disclosure of relevant business processing information after joining the Hague Agreement, allowing policies to reach the grassroots and directly benefit enterprises and the people. (2) Strengthen the disclosure of information on stabilizing employment and ensuring employment. 3. Lay a solid foundation for public work
