A: According to the second paragraph of Article 49 of the Trademark Act, "If a registered trademark is not used for three consecutive years without a valid reason, any entity or individual may apply to the Trademark Office to revoke the registered trademark." The aim is to remove idle trademarks and avoid wasting public resources.
