In order to implement the revised Anti-Monopoly Law, the State Administration for Market Regulation has drafted the Provisions on Prohibiting the Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights to Exclude or Restrict Competition (Draft for Comments), which is now open to the public for comments. In order to implement the revised Anti-Monopoly Law, the State Administration for Market Regulation has drafted the Provisions on Prohibiting the Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights to Exclude or Restrict Competition (Draft for Comments), which is now open to the public for comments. The public can provide opinions through the following channels and methods:
1. Log in to the Chinese Government Legal Information Network of the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China (website: www.moj.gov.cn, www.chinalaw.gov.cn) and enter the "Legislative Opinion Collection" column on the main menu of the homepage to submit your opinions.
2. Log in to the website of the State Administration for Market Regulation (website: www.samr.gov.cn) and submit opinions through the "Solving Survey" in the "Interactive" column on the homepage.
3． Send comments via email to: fldys@samr.gov.cn. Please indicate the subject of the email with the words "Soliciting Comments on the Provisions on the Prohibition of Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights to Exclude and Restrict Competition".
4． Mail your opinions by letter to: Antitrust Department No. 1, State Administration for Market Regulation, No. 8 Sanlihe East Road, Xicheng District, Beijing, Postal Code: 100820. Please indicate on the envelope the words "Soliciting Comments on the Provisions on the Prohibition of Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights to Exclude and Restrict Competition".
The deadline for feedback is July 27, 2022.
