Recently, my company has received a notice from China Trademark Data Center about the renewal and the deadline for opening the trademark signal, which is addressed to Beijing Guojin Tongcheng Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. and the charge is RMB 2,980 yuan, may I know if this is the subordinate organization of Trademark Office? Is it a formal organization? Is the fee reasonable? Is the company qualified to handle the renewal procedure? I hope to reply!

The Trademark Office has never set up the "China Trademark Data Center", not to mention that it has never issued the "Notice on Renewal and Deadline for Opening Trademark Signal" to the enterprises, which is entirely a case of individual trademark agencies deceiving the enterprises in the name of the Trademark Office.
