What can I do if the Certificate of Registration or Notice of Acceptance is printed incorrectly?

If the applicant or his/her agent submits incorrect application information, resulting in errors in the registration certificate or the notice of acceptance and other documents, he/she should submit a written "Application for Correction of Trademark Application/Registration Matters" to the Trademark Office (the format of the form can be downloaded from China Trademark Website), and the applicant, the item of goods or services and the trademark pattern shall not be replaced, and at the same time, he/she shall return the old registration certificate and other documents, and shall pay a fee of 500 RMB according to the regulations. The Office will issue a new registration certificate and other documents after correction.
If there is any error in the registration certificate or acceptance notice due to the error of information entry in the Trademark Office, you can fill out the "Correction of Erroneous Trademark Data Sheet" in the Feedback of Erroneous Trademark Information on China Trademark Website or write to reflect the wrong information, and the Trademark Office will be responsible for the correction of the information in the Office of Records. Trademark right holders should return the old registration certificates to the Trademark Office (Postal address: 8 Sanlihe East Road, Xicheng District, Beijing, China), and then send them to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (Zip code: 100820).
