Article 25 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law stipulates that "the formalities for the application for the transfer of a registered trademark shall be handled by the transferee", and therefore the power of attorney shall be stamped with the transferee's seal. The application for transfer of a trademark shall be executed with reference to this provision.
