After a trademark agency cancels its business registration, how to deal with all the remaining trademark business it represents? Can it be transferred to the name of other trademark agency?

According to the "Notice on Cancellation and Change of Trademark Agency", if a trademark agency needs to cancel its business registration, it should sign a termination agreement with the principal on the unfinished trademark agency matters or sign a sub-delegation agreement with others with its consent; foreigners or foreign enterprises stipulated in Article 18 of the Trademark Law have to go through the formalities of changing the agent according to the law.
If the termination agreement is signed, the Office will mail the relevant trademark documents directly to the principal (applicant); if the sub-delegation agreement is signed and the formalities for change of agent are carried out in accordance with the law, the Office will send the relevant trademark documents to the changed trademark agency; if the conditions are met for the change of the name of the enterprise and for the change of the corresponding information for recordation, the Office will send the relevant trademark documents to the changed name of the trademark agency.
