Online application is not allowed. A trademark applicant or a trademark agency organization shall not submit an online application under the following circumstances:
(I) Trademark registration applications regulated by the notes on handling trademark registration applications by natural persons published by the trademark office;
(II) Trademark registration applications with priority claims;
(III) Trademark registration applications for portraits of persons;
(IV) Applications for trademark registration of collective marks and certification marks;
(V) Trademark registration applications where the goods or service items designated for use are not listed in the distinguished list of similar goods and services;
(VI) Applications for trademark registration filed by foreigners or foreign enterprises as trademark applicants or co-applicants without appointing a trademark agency organization. China's hong kong, macao special administrative region and taiwan trademark applicants refer to the provisions of this item.
(VII) Other temporarily inappropriate to use the online application for trademark registration applications.
