Login to "China Trademark Network" online application section --> Login to the user --> Select the application for trademark registration (Form 1 or Form 2) --> View and agree to the precautions --> Enter the page of filling out the application --> Click on the "Requirements for Filling Out the Online Application for Trademark Registration -->Fill in all the required information correctly according to the requirements -->Click "Next" to preview the application -->Confirm that there are no errors and submit the application -->On the next working day of the application, log in to the online application system, and retrieve the last working day's information through the function of "Application Search". On the next working day of the application, log in the online application system, retrieve the application of the previous working day through the function of "Application Search", download the application form, print and stamp it, and then send it to the Trademark Office by post or directly (Postal address: No. 8, Sanlihe East Road, Xicheng District, Beijing, China).
