Can a trademark licensee Sue for trademark infringement?

Answer: The licensee of the exclusive use license, because of its exclusive use of the licensed registered trademark, the trademark registrant also because of the agreement not to use, the infringement of the trademark right directly and mainly infringes the interests of the exclusive licensee, so the exclusive licensee can act as a plaintiff to the court for infringement. In the exclusive use license contract, both the trademark registrant and the licensee can use the registered trademark and are the direct victims of trademark infringement. Therefore, when the exclusive right to use the registered trademark is infringed, they can act as co-plaintiffs to bring a lawsuit. If for some reason the trademark registrant does not bring an action, the exclusive licensee shall be allowed to bring an action of his own accord. A licensee of a general use license contract may bring an action only if expressly authorized by the trademark registrant.
