According to the relevant provisions of the new Trademark Law and the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law, the SAIC issued on July 14, 2014 the Notice on Issues Relating to the Filing of Trademark Agencies. The Circular requires that since May 1, 2014, the trademark agency filing as well as the change, merger, cancellation, settlement and other matters of the filed trademark agency shall be handled by the trademark agency itself to the Trademark Office. Trademark agency should be in accordance with the Chinese trademark online publication of the "trademark agency for the record for the instructions" and the record of the book for the record.
