2. What materials are required for trademark agency change filing?

3. What materials are required for trademark agency cancellation filing?
Trademark agencies should properly handle unfinished trademark agency business before deregistration and filing.
(1) "Trademark Agency Cancellation Filing Form".

4. How to apply online?
(1) New filing business. Trademark agencies can go to the "China Trademark Network > Trademark Online Application" column, enter the homepage of the online service system, click "Agency Filing Application" and apply online.
(2) Change filing business. Trademark agencies should log in to the online service system and select "Agency Change Application" in the "Agency Application Business" column.
(3) Continuation of filing business. Trademark agencies should log in to the online service system and select "Agency Renewal Application" in the "Agency Application Business" column.
5. If a trademark agency that has been registered before intends to continue to engage in trademark agency business, how should it apply for trademark agency registration?
For trademark agencies that have been registered with our office, if they plan to continue to engage in trademark agency business, they should apply for new registration in a timely manner. Trademark agencies can go to the "China Trademark Network > Trademark Online Application" column, enter the homepage of the online service system, click "Agency Filing Application > Filing Agency Filing" to apply online.
6. Where can I download the required forms for trademark agency registration?

7. How to fill in the "Responsible Person" column in the trademark agency registration form?
The person in charge shall be consistent with the “legal representative” or “person in charge” in the attached qualification certification document. The enterprise should fill in the legal representative, and the law firm should fill in the person in charge.
8. What are the requirements for registered trademark agents?
(1) Trademark agency practitioners shall abide by the law, have good credit status, good conduct, be familiar with trademark laws and regulations, and have the ability to engage in trademark agency business in accordance with the law.
