Online payment method: Payers can log in to the patent business processing system and enter the online payment page of the patent payment service module to pay patent and integrated circuit layout design fees. Payers can choose WeChat, Alipay, bank card or public account payment methods to pay. The payment date for online payment is determined based on the date corresponding to the actual payment time received by the online payment system from the payment platform feedback. The online payment method is convenient and fast, and the payment information is complete and accurate. It is recommended that payers use this payment method to pay.
4. Bank remittance method: The payer can pay the patent fee through bank remittance. When remitting patent fees through a bank, the correct application number (or patent number) and fee name (or abbreviation) should be written in the remittance column. If the payer pays through bank remittance and does not indicate the above necessary information when remitting, he can supplement the payment information on the day of remittance and no later than the day after the remittance. To supplement the payment information, you need to log in to the patent business processing system and enter the patent payment service module electronically. Submit the electronic payment list on the payment list page; if complete payment information is supplemented, the date of supplementing the complete payment information will be the payment date.
